At Urban Fit Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium activewear and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
Note: This policy applies to all regions we serve globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote locations). For international returns, please indicate “RETURN” on the customs form to avoid fees.
