Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear
  • Sports Bras
  • Leggings
  • All accessories (including dog jackets)
  • Mats

These items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective.

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to:

  5. Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days of receipt

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Please indicate “RETURN” on the customs form to avoid fees.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
